These Terms apply to all users, whether you are simply browsing or actively using our services.

If the Service is used on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising usage and accepting these Terms on the minor's behalf. Individuals under 18 may only use the Service with parental or guardian approval.

We operate as an Australian registered migration agency. Migration agent registration number (MARN) 1466320, registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). We are not affiliated with the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs.

Our Service is designed to assist you in organising and preparing an Australian eVisitor (subclass 651) application. However:

• The Australian Government application for an eVisitor is free, and you may apply directly and without charge on the official government website

The service fee for our assistance is a flat fee of $79. All prices displayed include our service fees and may also include applicable government fees where specified.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order and to use a valid and authorised payment method. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time (without affecting completed orders) and to refuse or cancel orders if necessary.

By purchasing our Service, you acknowledge that you are paying for a private assistance service, not for a government-issued visa or a guarantee of approval.

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

• The application has been processed, reviewed, or submitted
• You change your mind after submission
• A visa or travel authorisation is denied by a government authority
• Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by you
• Processing has already started, even if not completed

A refund may only be considered if the request is made before any processing has started and no work has been performed on the application. In such cases an administrative fee may apply. Government fees, where applicable, are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount of the service fee you paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service and these Terms at any time, with or without notice. The Terms in effect at the time of your use apply to that use.
